We are excited to invite you to a special educational and celebratory event at Colac Port Adelaide, a newly revamped facility that’s poised to become a landmark in the distillation world.

This event marks a unique opportunity to explore Colac’s new distillation facility and experience firsthand the innovation that’s gone into the construction of their two impressive stills: a gin still and a whisky pot still. You’ll hear from industry experts during a panel discussion featuring:

• Hugh Holds, Distiller

• Burt Admiraal, Project Director

• Gregor, ME Engineering

• A representative from Frilli

After the panel, we’ll be offering small group tours led by Hugh Holds, where you'll get an up-close look at the stills and the inner workings of the facility.

We’ll be serving light cocktail food, compliments of the Colac kitchen, and drinks will be on the house from 6 PM to 9 PM. Additionally, we’re inviting our local brewers and distillers to contribute their products for the event. So, expect a diverse selection of distilled spirits and brews available at the bar.
