“I’m thrilled to invite you to Edinburgh in May 2026 for the 9th Worldwide Distilled Spirits Conference—a celebration of innovation, sustainability, and the future of our industry. Whilst tradition and craftsmanship define distilled spirits, it’s our ability to evolve that ensures continued success.
Over three exciting days, we’ll explore the latest research and technological advancements through engaging presentations, insightful discussions, and a dynamic exhibition. But just as importantly, this conference is about connections—our industry thrives on collaboration, and our lively social programme and technical tours provide the perfect setting to build new relationships and strengthen old ones.
Whether you’re a producer, supplier, researcher, or part of the wider drinks industry, this is the event to attend.
Stay updated via our website and follow us on LinkedIn and X.
Registration and the call for abstracts open at the end of May 2025. Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities are currently available on the WDSC website.
Having been part of this conference since its inception in 2002, I’m honoured to serve as chair and promise an inspiring, educational, and enjoyable experience. I can’t wait to welcome you to Edinburgh—to learn, share, and raise a glass to the future of distilled spirits!”
