Last week, the 9th Worldwide Distilled Spirits Conference returned to Edinburgh, bringing together the global spirits community for three days of technical insight, discussion and networking.

WDSC 2026 welcomed over 660 attendees and featured 167 speakers from 23 countries, with presentations covering topics across distilling science, sustainability, flavour, innovation and production.

The event was also supported by 52 sponsors and exhibitors across the exhibition hall.

Thank you again to everyone who joined us in Edinburgh and helped make WDSC 2026 such a successful event.

Conference recordings will be made available to attendees over the coming weeks once sessions have been edited and finalised.

We look forward to welcoming the industry again in Glasgow for WDSC 2029.
