Deroshan Pullian has recently joined as an online guided tutor with the CIBD, bringing over 15 years of international experience from the brewing industry. He began his career at SABMiller and has since worked across AB InBev and HEINEKEN, gaining extensive exposure to engineering, brewing, quality and operational excellence roles across multiple breweries.

A qualified CIBD Master Brewer, Deroshan has an engineering background alongside postgraduate qualifications in management and business administration. He currently resides in Amsterdam, where he works as part of a global team at HEINEKEN, focused on unlocking value through improving Productivity worldwide. 

Originally from South Africa, Deroshan is curious about learning, continuous development, and coaching others in their professional development. To rest and recharge, he enjoys road cycling, listening to his favourite DJs, experimenting in the kitchen with food and home brews, travelling the world with his wife and enjoying life one beer at a time.
